Wendy Smith
Founder and Principal
Wendy Smith is a self-proclaimed lifelong learner, and there’s nothing she’s more passionate about than challenging old paradigms, especially when it means helping others to learn, grow, and achieve their goals, while having fun while doing so. Today, she is blessed with the opportunity to channel this passion helping organizations build memorable experiences for their employees as owner of Metamorphosis Solutions.
Wendy has more than 20 years of experience in HR, including having served as a fulltime and fractional Chief People Officer for multiple start-ups and small to mid-sized businesses. She hasreceived several external awards for their First Steps Onboarding program, including the Workforce Optimus, CLO Learning in Practice, CandE, and Asia Best Employer Brand awards.
Wendy holds Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, which has equipped her with a strong skillset in business transformation and process improvement to enable the creation of effective and efficient HR programs that drive high performance. She also obtained a Change Leadership certification from BMGI. Finally, Ishe obtained an AI Strategy certification through Cornell University to be equipped to help organizations transition to a more AI-enabled workplace.
Wendy was previously named a Workforce Game-Changer, which recognizes the next generation of innovative, dynamic leaders to watch in human resources and workplace management.
